Kelly is a familiar face to our regular Conference Centre users, having been a core part of our team for a long time – and with her wealth of experience and knowledge was the natural choice to look after things whilst Stef took her maternity leave.

With a friendly can-do attitude and level-head, Kelly thrives when finding solutions to problems. She’s definitely the person you want on side if you have any last-minute panics ahead of your big presentation. If Kelly can’t solve you problem, then she’ll find a way around it!

When Kelly’s not at work, she enjoys spending time with her two sons, friends and family. Originally from St Austell, her local knowledge can also help if you want to discover more about the surrounding area. Looking for somewhere to stay? Beth joined the family business St Austell Printing Company in 2011 and was instrumental in the move to brand new premises at St Austell Business Park. As Operational Manager for the entire Business Park, Beth’s remit is pretty broad, managing the office space and ensuring tenants have everything they need, and overseeing all operations for the Conference Centre.

Beth brought with her 15 years’ experience in event management, gained largely in the field of Sports’ Development. As well as all the usual exemplary high standards exhibited by events professionals, Beth’s fundamental focus is our customers and ensuring they always receive outstanding service. Her aim is to establish St Austell Conference Centre as the best conference and training venue in Cornwall.

Beth grew up in Cornwall and having carved a career in London and Bath, her love of the county could not be suppressed, and so she returned to St Austell with her young family so they can enjoy the great outdoors Cornwall offers in bundles.
